And we know that a high-performing sales team is the key to this growth. That’s why we’re on the watch for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to track down and screen potential customers who can benefit from what we can bring to the table.

About the Role

Join Banc, a dynamic digital marketing transformation consultancy, looking to develop and mature our CRM offerings. The role will encompass CRM strategy, implementation and reporting - helping our suite of clients join up their marketing, re-marketing and sales goals within their CRM environment.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate an aptitude for working across CRM platforms, developing cohesive workflow automations to meet client requirements, and understanding CRM’s role within wider marketing activity. A mix of analytical thinking, creative ideation and marketing fundamentals is essential for a successful candidate.

This is a senior executive-level position, perfect for someone who has 18 months + experience in a CRM or Marketing Automation role - either within an agency setting or in-house. Progression of the role will include line managing a junior executive, so is ideal for someone looking to take their first steps into management.

This is a high-growth role, so we will be looking for someone who can take the current proposition, and develop it. This will include changing our offering, introducing new processes, onboarding new clients and growing the team, both through people and knowledge.

What you'll be doing...

  • Building workflows and automations within HubSpot
  • Managing customer journeys
  • Developing a process for clients’ sales pipelines
  • Working with the other digital marketing teams to develop lead acquisition and ABM strategies
  • Reviewing team members’ work
  • Analysing customer data and building segmented lists
  • Building emails within Hubspot, Mailchimp and other email marketing platforms, which includes briefing in copy and creative to the wider Banc marketing team
  • Analysing performance and making changes based on this

What we're looking for...

  • At least 18 months in similar role
  • Bachelor’s Degree (marketing/management preferable)
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Precise and process driven
  • Kindness and patience with internal and external teams
  • Strong multi-tasking skills
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar
  • Analytical approach to reporting
