About the role

Join BANC, an established, progressive and dynamic Digital Marketing agency, as part of our Email and CRM team. This role will encompass email marketing and CRM strategy, implementation and reporting - helping our suite of clients join up their marketing and sales goals within their CRM environment.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate experience working across Email Service Providers and/or CRM platforms, crafting emails, and building workflow automations. A mix of analytical thinking, creative ideation, and marketing fundamentals is essential for a successful candidate.

This is an executive-level position, perfect for someone with 12 months+ experience in an email marketing or CRM role - either within an agency setting or in-house.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of email marketing and CRM strategies for clients
  • Collaborate with other digital marketing teams on email campaigns, lead acquisition initiatives and ABM strategies
  • Support in the analysis of customer data to inform segmentation and personalisation strategies
  • Create and implement email campaigns and customer journey workflows using platforms such as Klaviyo and Hubspot, which includes briefing in copy and creative to the wider BANC marketing team
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights for optimisation
  • Communicate with clients – addressing inquiries, providing updates, and fostering strong client relationships

Requirements

  • At least 1 year in similar role
  • Experience building email campaigns
  • Creative and data-driven, with strong organisational skills  
  • Kindness and patience with internal and external teams  
  • Strong multi-tasking skills
  • Strong  written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly to clients
  • Experience using a project management tool like Jira, Basecamp or Monday (desirable)
  • Experience using Google Analytics (desirable) 
  • Experience using HubSpot or Klaviyo (desirable)
  • Analytical approach to reporting
