Bristol Aquarium

One of eight websites leisure operator Aspro Parks tasked us with revamping, Bristol Aquarium’s previous booking journey took users off site, causing frustration with every click.

The new website we mapped, designed and developed for them integrated this external booking journey into a fresh, more intuitive UX, so users didn’t have to exit the Bristol Aquarium site just to book a ticket.

This meant users could now purchase a wide variety of tickets and passes in one vibrant, visually impactful place.

Hebridean Island Cruises

Hebridean’s external booking system saw their purchases slowing down as a result. Their site also needed a search function, filtering options, and proper signposting for key information.

Following a Discovery Day so we could gain a better understanding of their brand and business challenges, we used our findings to design and develop a completely new website complete with an overhaul of their outdated booking system.

With the help of a page builder plugin, we helped the CMS issues they were having too. Now, Hebridean’s in-house team could edit pages far more efficiently – without help from our devs.
