About the role
BANC is looking for a passionate, driven individual to join our growing Paid Media team as a Junior Paid Media Executive. This is a fantastic entry-level role for someone keen to start their career in digital marketing and develop their expertise across a variety of paid platforms. You’ll be working alongside experienced Paid Media Managers, supporting the delivery of campaigns across Search, Shopping, Display, and Social channels.
Your main responsibilities will include campaign creation, ad copywriting, keyword research, and optimisation tasks, all while learning how to manage media budgets and ensure campaigns are running smoothly. You’ll also gain exposure to client communications, reporting on campaign performance, and identifying key actions to improve results. Over time, you'll work towards managing your own accounts with the support of a skilled and supportive team.
Responsibilities
- Assist in building and launching paid media campaigns across all major platforms (Google Ads, Bing, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Write compelling ad copy for search, display, and social campaigns
- Conduct keyword research to ensure ads reach the right audience
- Support in account optimisations to improve performance and meet KPIs
- Assist with media budget management and track spending across campaigns
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure campaigns are running smoothly and efficiently
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports, providing key insights and summarising campaign performance
- Work with the Paid Media Managers to ensure client goals are met, and develop strategies for improving campaign performance
- Contribute new ideas to help the team optimise processes and stay ahead of the curve in Paid Media
- Over time, take on responsibility for managing your own accounts and contributing directly to client strategy

- Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets: Experience with basic formulas (e.g. VLOOKUP, SUMIF) is a plus, but you’ll also have the chance to develop these skills further.
- Creative Thinker: Able to think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Can-Do Attitude: Willingness to learn, take on new challenges, and step outside your comfort zone to grow professionally.
