About the role
Join BANC, an established, progressive, and dynamic Digital Marketing agency, as part of our CRM and Email Marketing team. This role will centre on customer relationship management (CRM) strategy, implementation, and optimisation, while also supporting email marketing initiatives. You will play a key role in helping clients align their marketing and sales efforts within CRM platforms (i.e HubSpot) and Email Service Providers (i.e Klaviyo, Mailchimp).
The ideal candidate will bring experience working with CRM platforms and Email Service Providers (ESPs), with a proven ability to build workflows, segment audiences, and analyse performance. Success in this role requires a balance of analytical thinking, technical proficiency, and marketing fundamentals.
This is an executive-level position, ideal for someone with 12 months+ experience in a CRM or email marketing role—whether in-house or agency-side.
Responsibilities
- CRM strategy support: Assist in the development and execution of CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and lifecycle management.
- Campaign collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams on CRM-driven campaigns and lead management initiatives.
- Workflow optimisation: Configure, optimise, and maintain workflows and customer journeys using CRM platforms like HubSpot, Klaviyo, or Mailchimp.
- Data-driven personalisation: Leverage CRM data to inform segmentation, personalisation, and lead nurturing efforts.
- Email campaigns: Build and optimise email campaigns as part of broader CRM initiatives, including briefing copy and creative assets to internal teams.
- Performance monitoring: Track CRM and campaign performance metrics, generate dashboards, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a CRM role.
- Platform proficiency: Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, or similar), including workflow automation and integrations.
- Analytical skills: Strong capabilities in segmentation, reporting, and performance optimisation.
- Organisation: Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating technical insights into actionable strategies.
- Technical knowledge: Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Basecamp, Monday) and familiarity with Google Analytics or similar tools is advantageous.
