About the Position

We’re looking for a driven, creative, organised, and enthusiastic Social and Outreach executive to join our fast-paced Digital Marketing team. This is a hybrid role, working across the Digital PR, Organic Social and Influencer Outreach campaigns for a variety of clients and industries, from Automotive and Software to Travel and Leisure.

This role offers a great opportunity to develop skills already attained, and is a good match for someone who has great transferable skills in 1 or 2 of the channels listed above and wants to broaden their skill set. You will have the chance to develop new skills by working with Copywriters, Designers, and the Organic Search team - meaning excellent communication, organisation and teamwork skills are essential.

What you'll be doing...

  • Working with the Content Marketing team to generate new digital PR ideas, and testing ideas for development
  • Creating digital PR strategies and monitoring reactive PR opportunities
  • Data gathering for all Digital PR campaigns, turning data into insights and outreach angles
  • Outreach for all Digital PR campaigns including list building, outreach emails, and monitoring performance from all campaigns across all clients using tools such as Muck Rack
  • Creating organic social strategies across all social platforms (LinkedIn, TikTok & Meta), including testing plans, tracking links, objectives, and copy and creative
  • Leading the influencer outreach strategy, including outreach, sending products, inputting budget sheets and reporting
  • Briefing work into the copywriting and design teams, accounting for their workload and due dates, to meet your deadlines
  • Writing pitches to share with journalists
  • There will be potential to communicate with clients on monthly and quarterly calls

What we're looking for...

  • At least 1 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in an agency working across multiple clients at once
  • B2B experience preferred but not essential
  • Social media experience or influencer outreach experience essential. Digital PR outreach experience preferred but not essential
  • Strong organisational skills, being able to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Detail focussed and process driven
  • Copywriting experience, preferably with short copy such as social posts and emails.
  • Experience with briefing tasks into team members and using task management tools for this such as Wrike, Jira or Monday
  • Good communication skills
